Owner / Agent
Stacy has owned and operated BSA for almost 25 years now. Having worked as a successful actress for many years prior she felt she could bring a unique understanding to help her represent other actors through their careers. Being an artist at heart she knows the ups and downs of this career and can relate to her clients on a different level than most agents.
She wanted to open an agency that was devoted to providing a safe space where actors could do their best work and have the kind of representation that she would want for herself. The most important thing for her has always been the integrity of the work and helping actors be the best they can be and as the company grew she has worked hard to maintain the core values that made the company successful in the first place.
Bringing on carefully selected agents to Head each department and hiring a fantastic team that runs the back end operations has elevated BSA to a whole new level.
Actors & Talent first. Always.
Head of the Theatrical Department
Head of the Commercial Department
Joe has been the commercial agent at BSA since 2017.
After starting with a boutique he moved on to a much larger agency but, calling BSA "home" was a return to what he enjoyed most about the agent-client relationship: Being able to provide personal care while offering an accessibility that caters to actors’ unique talents, strengths, & ambitions.
Perhaps from growing up next door to Revolutionary War writer Thomas Paine’s home in New Rochelle, NY - or by being a diehard fan of the NY Jets/Knicks/Mets, the underdog spirit has always molded his daily approach into an “us vs them” attitude.
Fighting for BSA clients’ value until the end in a highly-competitive industry, he’s often told that he’s the only shark left in the pool when it comes to negotiating the best-possible deals…music to an agent’s ears.
